Small Mall has new owners!

May 13, 2021

We’re excited to announce some major changes for our concept store Small Mall. After 3 years under the umbrella of Casey Droege Cultural Productions, Small Mall is moving on up! CDCP has sold Small Mall to new owners Kerri Fetzer-Borelli and Paige Fetzer-Borelli .

After years of pop-ups, Small Mall settled into its home in Upper Lawrenceville in 2018 as a local arts marketplace. We sell affordable works by artists and designers within 100 miles of Pittsburgh. By offering mini-exhibits, “Tiny Talk” artist lectures, and partnerships with various art organizations around the city, we’ve straddled the line of retail and gallery - maintaining an accessible storefront and creating meaningful ways for the public to meet the artists. We also rotate out artists and work every quarter, offering us the chance to do great rehangs in the space.

Casey will be focusing her efforts with CDCP to continue to provide community programming and offer art consulting services. She's decided that Small Mall is ready to exist on its own and has the best chances of growth with new owners. So that brings us to Kerri and Paige, who are the perfect pair to continue building Small Mall. They are dedicated to growing it as an artist and community focused entity. The rest of the Small Mall team will stay on to help make this shift as smooth as possible.

We hope you'll continue to support the team and artists at Small Mall by shopping in person at our Upper Lawrenceville location in Pittsburgh or by visiting the website smallmallpgh.com.

More about CDCP and Kerri and Paige:

Casey Droege Cultural Productions is a certified woman and disability owned enterprise. CDCP is an experiment in sustaining a for-profit, socially minded arts business while building arts economy in a city with a small arts ecosystem. We serve artists and businesses through public facing programming and arts consulting services.

Kerri and Paige Fetzer-Borelli are Upper Lawrenceville residents and the founders of HOT HOT HOT, a mission driven organization focused on empowering community, bringing equity and inclusivity to all spaces, and promoting queer joy through a variety of programs. They look forward to putting their passion into Small Mall to grow visibility, expand platforms, and increase access to revenue for Pittsburgh artists and creatives.
